Meliteh Recruiting is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our client's Reservations Team on a full-time basis in Malta. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional service to guests and customers through efficient reservation management and inquiry resolution. A Role Requirements: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Proficiency in another language, preferably Maltese, Polish, French, or German is highly desirable • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently • Effective administrative skills to handle reservations and guest correspondence accurately • A demonstrated commitment to delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Right to live and work in the EU Main Duties: • Analyze and trend data to respond to guest and customer inquiries • Regularly monitor customer satisfaction and ensure efficient resolution of all guest inquiries related to hotel services and operations • Guarantee and manage room reservations, including monitoring and managing discounts, cancellations, and modifications • Ensure all bookings are guaranteed and accurately processed • Manage all correspondence from guests and ensure timely response and completion of all guest requests • Maintain a high level of customer service by effectively addressing guest needs and inquiries Benefits Package: • Full-time contract • Competitive salary • Professional development • A dynamic and supportive work environment Application Process: • Meliteh Recruiting screening • Client screening • Face-to-face interview We welcome all applications, but please note we will only contact candidates shortlisted in the second round.
