Assistant F&B Manager

Meliteh Recruiting is currently seeking an experienced Assistant F&B Manager to join our client's team in Malta on a full-time basis. The Assistant F&B Manager will assist the F&B Manager in managing food and beverage operations and standards. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the F&B division to ensure the hospitality and tourism business meets all service standards and guest expectations.

Role Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor
  • Experience in managing buffets
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • Good command of Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills
  • Right to live and work in Europe Main Duties:
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Regularly review product quality
  • Assist the F&B Manager with the rosters of the hotel and be responsible for department schedules
  • During events, coordinate with the F&B operations and the events department
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations and abide by health and safety regulations
