Accounts Executive

Meliteh Recruiting is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our client's dynamic team on a full-time basis in Malta.

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our client’s operations. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, from reconciling accounts to compiling revenue reports. Your work will support the Financial Controller and contribute to the smooth functioning of the finance department.

Role Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with proven work experience in a similar position
  • O’ Level or A’ Level standard in Accounts is required
  • Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
Main Duties:
  • Compile daily revenue reports and reconcile revenue
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, control accounts, and intercompany balances
  • Prepare and compile accruals and prepayments
