As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our client’s operations. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, from reconciling accounts to compiling revenue reports. Your work will support the Financial Controller and contribute to the smooth functioning of the finance department. Role Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with proven work experience in a similar position • O’ Level or A’ Level standard in Accounts is required • Proficiency in English (both oral and written) • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word • Knowledge of Shireburn accounting software is considered an asset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Right to live and work in the EU Main Duties: • Compile daily revenue reports and reconcile revenue • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, control accounts, and intercompany balances • Prepare and compile accruals and prepayments • Input general invoices and post key accounting entries • Liaise with operations to confirm invoices and contracts • Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure accurate processing of invoices • Assist the billing department with issuing reports and projections • Work with the reservations and front desk departments on financial matters • Perform any other administrative duties as required by the Financial Controller • File statutory statistical forms such as NSO and MHRA • Provide ad hoc reporting as needed Benefits Package: • Full-time contract • Competitive salary • Professional development • A dynamic and supportive work environment Application Process: • Meliteh Recruiting screening • Client screening • Face-to-face interview We welcome all applications, but please note we will only contact candidates shortlisted in the second round.
