Front Office Manager

Meliteh Recruiting, on behalf of our well-known client, is seeking a proactive and organized Front Office Manager to join their team in Malta.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service while managing front-office operations effectively.

Role Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager in a hotel or a high-paced hospitality environment is preferred
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European language skills (preferably German, French, or Polish) are considered an asset
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a hotel setting
  • Adherence to the hotel’s grooming and appearance standards
  • A proactive approach to tasks with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Legal right to live and work in Europe
Main Duties:
  • Supervise front office staff, ensuring all guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalized service throughout their stay
  • Oversee daily activities related to guest services, ensuring smooth front office operations
  • Prepare reports, review budgets, and manage other documentation as requested by senior management
  • Act as Duty Manager when required and scheduled, overseeing the entire hotel's operations during designated shifts
