Events Administrator

Meliteh Recruiting, on behalf of our esteemed client, is seeking a motivated Events Administrator to join a dynamic team responsible for planning and executing memorable events.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about event management who is organized, proactive, and ready to assist with a variety of event tasks.

Role Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office – essential for administrative tasks and event planning
  • Sales skills – advantageous in supporting event-related client interactions
  • Communication skills in both Maltese and English – essential for coordinating with clients and vendors
Main Duties:
  • Assist in the development of event concepts, themes, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client and business goals
  • Coordinate various aspects of events, including catering, logistics, and vendor management to ensure smooth execution
  • Handle administrative tasks related to event planning, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking expenses
  • Attend fairs and onsite events as necessary to oversee event operations and ensure client satisfaction
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs and client requirements
