General Manager

Meliteh Recruiting is searching for an experienced and strategic General Manager on behalf of our client, to lead and elevate the hotel’s operations.

This role involves full accountability for operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability. The General Manager will ensure seamless operations across all departments while maintaining superior service standards.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role is integral to driving the hotel’s growth and aligning operations with the vision of the Group.

Role Requirements:
  • Extensive senior management experience within the hotel industry
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire large teams effectively
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and analyzing financial performance
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and handle complex operational issues effectively
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
Main Duties:
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel departments to balance guest satisfaction with profitability.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, ensuring courteous and efficient service.
  • Collaborate with hotel ownership, Board of Directors, and stakeholders to ensure operations align with the Group’s objectives.
  • Supervise daily staff activities to ensure smooth hotel operations, implementing new strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage the hotel’s financial performance, meeting budgetary goals and optimizing profitability.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards through regular inspections and promptly address any guest concerns.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback, striving to continuously improve guest satisfaction scores.
  • Oversee the professional development and training of hotel staff, ensuring they meet operational and service standards.
  • Undertake any tasks necessary to ensure the hotel’s sustained profitability and success.
