Payroll Executive

The Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing payroll processes for internal and external clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

This role involves preparing payroll data, addressing employee queries, and maintaining accurate records while promoting process improvements and providing administrative support for employment-related documentation.

Role Requirements
  • Proven experience in payroll management, with knowledge of local employment laws and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines independently
Main Duties
  • Manage payroll processes for internal and external clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws
  • Prepare and process payroll data, including salaries, benefits, deductions, and taxes
  • Address employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions in a professional manner
