Partner Sales Manager

Meliteh Recruiting is hiring a Partner Sales Manager for one of our clients, a cutting-edge financial technology company specializing in payment card acquiring.

Join their dynamic team on a full-time basis in Malta and play a key role in driving growth within the payments industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is eager to contribute to the company's success by developing strong relationships with partners, selling advanced payment solutions, and helping clients achieve their sales and revenue targets.

Role Requirements: • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the acquiring industry • Proven track record of selling to partners and nurturing long-term relationships • Experience in selling to Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 payment ISOs, PSPs, and gateways • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and overcome challenges • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Fluency in English; additional European languages are preferred • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Legal right to live and work in the EU

Main Duties: • Identify ISO / PSP partners and prospects to grow a healthy pipeline • Sell gateway and acquiring solutions to partners • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners • Help partners set and meet sales and revenue targets • Provide after-sales care and support to partners • Own the sales process end-to-end and be the main point of contact • Be open to taking on diverse tasks as this role evolves • Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company
