Retail Branch Manager

Meliteh Recruiting is hiring a Retail Branch Manager for one of our clients to join their outlet on a full-time basis in Malta.

This is an excellent opportunity for a retail professional to lead store operations, enhance customer experience, and drive sales performance.

Role Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Proven customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Ability to manage inventory, supplier relations, and staff training
Main Duties:
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless functioning
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for timely deliveries and quality products
