Executive Assistant to the Management Team

Meliteh Recruiting is hiring an Executive Assistant to the Management Team for one of our clients to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis in Malta.

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and operational tasks, allowing the management team to focus on high-level decision-making and strategic objectives.

Role Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting managers or executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
Main Duties:
  • Maintain and organize office documents, files, databases, and confidential records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs with a high level of professionalism
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups on action items
