Corporate Associate

Meliteh Recruiting is hiring a Corporate Associate to join our client growing team on a full-time basis.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the corporate team, with a focus on assisting with liquidations and handling various corporate tasks.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Role Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position
  • A qualification in corporate services or a finance-related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Main Duties:
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of liquidation proposals and related documentation, including submission of documents to the Malta Business Registry
  • Project manage liquidations up until the strike-off of client companies, liaising with all parties involved
  • Provide administrative support for corporate services, including managing client correspondence and maintaining accurate records
