Executive Assistant

Meliteh Recruiting is seeking a talented and well-organized individual to fill the role of Executive Assistant for our esteemed client in Malta.

This is an excellent opportunity to support the Founder directly, managing both professional and personal tasks with a high level of confidentiality and efficiency. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional, we encourage you to apply.

Role Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, knowledge of another European language is preferred
Main Duties:
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to the Founder, including taking notes, dictating, and preparing/modifying documents such as reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Manage personal matters for the Founder, including purchasing items online and/or in person based on urgency and availability
  • Liaise with the housekeeper to ensure the home is cleaned properly and kept tidy, and coordinate with maintenance personnel and the landlord’s representative as needed
