Technical Representative for Air Atlanta Icelandic
Airborne Personnel is looking for a Technical Representative on behalf of our client, Air Atlanta Icelandic. Built on the foundations of Air Atlanta Icelandic’s 37 years of experience, Air Atlanta Europe was strategically established in Malta in 2021. The two sister airlines complement each other and benefit from shared ownership and the support and know-how of their respective senior management, which never compromises on safety, operational, and quality standards. Role Requirements: • Valid EASA Part-66 license • Proven heavy maintenance experience (preferably including EIS and/or lease returns) • Ability to interpret maintenance requirements and translate them into executable tasks • Strong English (spoken and written) with clear, concise communication skills • Confident user of computer applications and comfortable handling maintenance data Main Responsibilities: • Represent Air Atlanta’s technical team on-site at MROs and other maintenance providers • Oversee and coordinate heavy maintenance activities to ensure completion to Air Atlanta’s standards • Convert maintenance requirements into clear work scopes and assignments • Monitor progress, resolve technical/coordination issues, and escalate risks when needed • Verify that completed work and documentation meet quality, safety, and contractual expectations • Support entry-into-service and lease-return projects as required • Prepare concise technical updates for stakeholders and report to the Head of Base Maintenance • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Base Maintenance Benefits Package: • Competitive fee • Renewable contract after 1 year • Roster pattern: 1 month ON / 1 month OFF (flexible in line with heavy maintenance schedule), 8-hour shifts • Start Date: 15th of January 2026 • Covered travel expenses • Provided accommodation, transportation, and insurance • Worldwide locations (UAE, Taiwan, Germany, Indonesia) We welcome all applications, but please note we will only contact candidates shortlisted in the second round.
