The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth flow of service in the restaurant. Main Duties: • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor • Manage reservations and ensure accurate seating arrangements • Maintain a clean and organized workplace • Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service • Answer phone calls and assist with any inquiries or requests • Monitor the dining room for any issues and address them promptly • Assist with taking and delivering to-go orders • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately • Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times Role Requirements: • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred • Proficiency in Polish, German, or French is highly desirable.
