Front Office Agent

Meliteh Recruiting is seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Agent to join our client's team on a full time basis in Malta. As the first point of contact for our client guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Main Duties: • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services • Manage reservations and room assignments using the system • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Role Requirements: • Proficiency in Polish, German, or French is highly desirable.
