Purchasing Clerk

Meliteh Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Clerk to join our client's Purchasing Team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring smooth communication with suppliers.

Main Duties:
  • Place and track purchase orders for supplies and materials
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels
  • Communicate with and evaluate suppliers
  • Check deliveries for accuracy and quality
  • Maintain accurate purchase and inventory records
  • Monitor out-of-stock items and reorder at the best available price
Role Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in purchasing
  • Proficiency in IT, especially in Word and Excel
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with purchasing software and tools
  • Basic understanding of supply chain management principles
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating suppliers and inventory levels
  • High ethical standards and integrity in dealing with suppliers
  • Right to live and work in the EU
