Bar Manager

Meliteh Recruiting is hiring a Bar Manager for one of our clients to join their dynamic Food & Beverage team on a full-time basis in Malta.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to oversee bar operations and lead a team of bartenders in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Role Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality
  • Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of inventory and POS systems
Main Duties:
  • Oversee daily bar operations and ensure staff deliver high-quality service
  • Manage bar budgets, inventory, and supplies; reorder when necessary
  • Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff
