Assistant Maintenance Manager

Meliteh Recruiting is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager on behalf of our well-known client, to join their maintenance team in Malta.

This role focuses on ensuring the effective operation of all maintenance activities across the group.

The Assistant Maintenance Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, overseeing in-house and outsourced projects, and ensuring high standards of maintenance are met in a timely manner.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively liaise with the Maintenance Manager and other department heads.

Role Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Higher Technical Diploma (HTD) in a relevant technical field or an equivalent qualification
  • Valid Local Electrical License A
Main Duties:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across departments to ensure efficient workflows
  • Prioritize, plan, and adjust work schedules based on operational needs and project urgency
  • Oversee both in-house and outsourced maintenance work to ensure timely project completion
