Meliteh Recruiting is seeking a talented and well-organized individual to fill the role of Camo Planning Manager for our esteemed client in Malta.

Join a dynamic CAMO team and take the lead in ensuring the airworthiness of our expanding Airbus A320/A321neo fleet. As Engineering Manager, you'll oversee compliance with EASA Part-M/CAMO, manage a skilled engineering team, and drive technical excellence.

Role Requirements:
  • Engineering degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years in a CAMO environment, including management
  • Airbus A320 family expertise
Main Duties:
  • Lead and grow the CAMO engineering team
  • Oversee AD/SB assessments and structural repairs
  • Manage ARCs, maintenance data, and major assemblies
