First2 Resource is looking for A220-300 Type Rated Captains for a new Commuting Roster offer, on behalf of our client airBaltic. Role Requirements • Valid EU ATPL • Valid EASA Class 1 Medical • ICAO English Level 4 or higher • Minimum 4,000 total flight hours in CAT operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS • Minimum 2,000 hours on multi-pilot, multi-engine turbine aircraft (CS-25) • Minimum 1,000 hours of Command experience on a CS-25 aircraft • Clean criminal record • Proven leadership, commitment to the highest safety standards, strong sense of responsibility, mentoring ability, and professional excellence • Right to live and to work in the EU Rosters & Terms (effective January 1, 2026) • Commuting Roster: 13 on / 10 off • Flexible Roster: Minimum 10 days off per calendar month; limited layovers • Fixed Roster: 5 on / 3 off • Compensation framework: 10 salary levels with guaranteed yearly progression; entry level matched to experience If joining in 2025: Previous roster option remains available — Flexible roster with a minimum of 11 days off per month, including two blocks of 4 days off. Base salary is paid during training.
