This role is key to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace.

š—žš—²š˜† š—„š—²š˜€š—½š—¼š—»š˜€š—¶š—Æš—¶š—¹š—¶š˜š—¶š—²š˜€:

• Support daily administrative operations and office management tasks
  • Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and filing
  • Coordinate meetings, internal events, and travel arrangements for employees and guests
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and communicate with vendors

š—¤š˜‚š—®š—¹š—¶š—³š—¶š—°š—®š˜š—¶š—¼š—»š˜€:

• Residency or valid work permit in Malta is mandatory (previous experience in the Maltese market would be a plus)
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
