Role Requirements: ⦁ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-end restaurants. ⦁ Strong understanding of how the role supports the overall success of the establishment. ⦁ Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. ⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of an additional European language is considered an asset. ⦁ Relevant professional qualifications related to the position. ⦁ Ability to maintain grooming and presentation standards. ⦁ Strong time management and organizational skills. ⦁ Demonstrated leadership abilities. ⦁ Legal right to live and work in EU. ⦁ Valid Skill Pass Malta Certification. Main Duties: ⦁ Design and deliver engaging training programs for all levels of our team. ⦁ Create an annual training plan aligned with business goals covering Health & Safety, HACCP, induction, and service standards. ⦁ Lead compliance and safety training to keep workplace safe and standards high. ⦁ Lead coach and support employees on the job, turning feedback into actionable learning. ⦁ Ensure smooth onboarding with consistent induction programs across departments. ⦁ Measure training impact through feedback and performance metrics. ⦁ Partner with HR and department heads to identify learning needs and support career development. ⦁ Keep training records accurate and manage all admin tasks efficiently. ⦁ Control the overall training budgets and deliver cost-effective programs. ⦁ Foster an environment that values ongoing learning and regulatory adherence. Partner Sales Manager

Join their dynamic team on a full-time basis in Malta and play a key role in driving growth within the payments industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who excels at building trusted partnerships and navigating the entire sales process.
