𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ⦁ Provide powerplant engineering support to Technical Operations, MCC, and Part-145 organizations. ⦁ Ensure aircraft configuration control and fleet commonality. ⦁ Review OEM documentation (SBs, SILs, FTDs) and advise on implementation. ⦁ Support STCs and minor modifications based on operational needs. ⦁ Develop preventive maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives. ⦁ Support AOG situations to minimize aircraft downtime. ⦁ Analyze Airworthiness Directives and mandatory requirements and define compliance plans. ⦁ Manage approvals for deviations from Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (AMOCs, repair deviations). ⦁ Liaise with OEMs, vendors, authorities, and maintenance organizations. ⦁ Support continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects, including aircraft phase-in and phase-out.
