𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ⦁ Support the Safety Manager in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SMS. ⦁ Assist with Flight Data Monitoring analysis to identify safety trends and operational exceedances. ⦁ Support occurrence reporting, investigations, and root-cause analysis, ensuring closure of corrective actions. ⦁ Contribute to Management of Change (MoC) processes affecting flight safety. ⦁ Develop and maintain safety risk assessments in line with EASA and IOSA standards. ⦁ Assist in defining Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and monitoring alert levels. ⦁ Coordinate with Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Maintenance & Engineering, and CAMO on risk controls. ⦁ Prepare safety reports, briefings, and trend analyses for management and operational teams. ⦁ Participate in Safety Review Board (SRB) and Safety Action Group (SAG) meetings. ⦁ Support safety promotion and training initiatives to strengthen the organization’s safety culture. 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: ⦁ Academic background in Aviation Safety, Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or equivalent operational experience as Flight Crew or Safety Specialist. ⦁ Strong knowledge of the EASA regulatory framework, including Regulations (EU) No. 965/2012 and 1321/2014 and related AMC/GM. ⦁ Proven experience or formal training in Safety Management Systems (SMS). ⦁ Familiarity with Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) systems and safety reporting tools (e.g. ERGOSS Sara or equivalent). ⦁ Strong analytical, problem solving, and report writing skills. ⦁ Proficiency in MS Office and safety management applications. ⦁ Excellent command of English. ⦁ Legal right to live and work in EU.
