We are hiring a ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ซ to join the commercial team of an air cargo airline, based in ๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐. This role drives business growth by developing key customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting innovative cargo product solutions. ๐๐๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ: โฆ Identify and engage high-potential freight forwarders, integrators, and direct shippers. โฆ Support onboarding of strategic accounts in new or emerging markets. โฆ Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support new lanes or services. โฆ Partner with Sales to tailor offerings and improve service differentiation. โฆ Map GSAs and customers in new markets for tonnage and yield potential. โฆ Provide commercial insights, market data, and lead intelligence to Sales teams. โฆ Contribute to RFQs, strategic bids, and high-value client engagements. โฆ Collaborate with Revenue Management to align pricing and capacity with market opportunities. โฆ Develop and launch value-added cargo solutions, integrating market research and client feedback. โฆ Support rollout of digital tools such as e-booking, shipment tracking, and e-AWB. โฆ Ensure product feasibility and integration within existing digital infrastructure. ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: โฆ Bachelorโs degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. โฆ 5+ years of experience in business development, key account management, or commercial roles in air cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding. โฆ Strong commercial acumen and understanding of cargo sales cycles and customer dynamics. โฆ Experience with RFQs, pricing strategy, and digital product enablement. โฆ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. โฆ Strategic, self-starter mindset with ability to execute efficiently. โฆ Fluent in English; strong interpersonal skills. โฆ Team-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure. โฆ Willingness to travel. โฆ Legal right to live and work in EU. ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ค๐๐ ๐: โฆ Salary Range: up to 70K โฆ Exposure to international air cargo operations. โฆ Professional development in business development and product management. โฆ Collaborative, fast-paced working environment. ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ: โฆ Initial Meliteh screening. โฆ Senior management interview. โฆ Final interview stage.
