The Chef de Partie plays a crucial role in the kitchen, reporting to the Sous Chef and Head Chef. This position ensures the smooth operation of a designated section within the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation. The Chef de Partie is responsible for supporting menu development, managing inventory, controlling costs, and supervising Commis Chefs when necessary.
