Meliteh Recruiting is hiring 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟 to join one of Malta’s leading hospitality and leisure operators.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding hospitality group behind some of Malta’s most iconic and diverse dining destinations, several of which are recognised in the 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞.

Our Client's group will further elevate Malta’s dining scene with internationally celebrated concepts, including 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞, the world-renowned beach club and dining destination; 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚, ranked among the Top 50 cocktail bars globally; 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥, the acclaimed Spanish restaurant; and a high-end 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐁𝐐 concept. Additional exceptional brands will be announced soon.

𝐉𝐚𝐛 𝐑𝐚𝐥𝐞:
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.
𝐉𝐚𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Strong culinary knowledge and leadership potential.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
