This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding hospitality group behind some of Malta’s most iconic and diverse dining destinations, several of which are recognised in the 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞. Our Client's group will further elevate Malta’s dining scene with internationally celebrated concepts, including 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞, the world-renowned beach club and dining destination; 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐨, ranked among the Top 50 cocktail bars globally; 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥, the acclaimed Spanish restaurant; and a high-end 𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐁𝐐 concept. 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: • Lead bar operations and supervise the bar team. • Ensure high-quality beverage preparation and service standards. • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control. • Train and mentor junior bartenders. • Collaborate with management to develop seasonal and signature drinks. 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Proven experience as a head bartender or bar manager in a high-volume environment. • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. • Professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
