Revenue Management Team Leader

This role is responsible for driving network revenue, yield, and contribution through effective demand forecasting, capacity steering, and pricing governance.
Acting as the commercial integrator across Network Planning, Pricing, Sales, and Business Development, the role ensures that capacity and pricing decisions are fully aligned with the companyโs strategic and financial objectives, combining strategic leadership with strong execution focus.
๐ ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โข Define and execute the Revenue Management strategy across all markets, products, and customer segments, translating network capacity, cost developments, and market signals into clear revenue optimization actions
โข Drive yield and contribution maximization through active demand management, capacity steering, and close pricing alignment across regions and channels
โข Own shortโ, midโ, and longโterm demand forecasting in close coordination with Network Planning, ensuring optimal capacity allocation and prioritization across constrained markets
โข Lead tactical and strategic upโgauging, downโgauging, and allocation decisions from a revenue perspective to maximize network performance
โข Provide strategic oversight of pricing frameworks, rate structures, and pricing corridors, ensuring base rate, surcharge, and pricing governance compliance across all regions
โข Act as the final escalation point for pricing exceptions, tradeโoffs, and highโimpact commercial decisions
โข Serve as a senior commercial partner to Sales and Key Account Management, ensuring pricing and allocation decisions support profitable growth and longโterm value creation
โข Support strategic account planning, RFQs, and tenders, balancing competitiveness with sustainable yield and contribution objectives
โข Guide Sales teams with clear yield targets, pricing corridor guidance, and dealโlevel steering principles
โข Act as the interface between Revenue Management, Network Planning, Pricing, and Business Development to ensure alignment between network strategy, commercial priorities, and financial targets
โข Drive a culture of factโbased decisionโmaking, transparency, and accountability across the commercial organization
โข Lead, develop, and coach the Revenue Management team, strengthening analytical capability and commercial judgment
โข Define roles, processes, and KPIs in line with the NPโRMโBD organizational roadmap, continuously improving revenue management tools, processes, and decision frameworks
๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent relevant discipline
โข Seniorโlevel experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Commercial Strategy, preferably within an air cargo, logistics, or transportation
โข Proven leadership experience managing multiโdisciplinary commercial teams
โข Strong understanding of network economics, capacity management, and yield optimization
โข Highly analytical profile with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic and tactical decisions
โข Strong stakeholder management skills with executiveโlevel communication capabilities
โข Strong commercial mindset and excellent communication skills
โข Highโlevel proficiency in English with strong interpersonal communication skills
โข Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a teamโoriented environment
โข Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
โข Strong organizational skills with a structured, orderly approach to work
