This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding hospitality group behind some of Malta’s most iconic and diverse dining destinations, several of which are recognised in the 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞. Our Client's group will further elevate Malta’s dining scene with internationally celebrated concepts, including 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞, the world-renowned beach club and dining destination; 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐨, ranked among the Top 50 cocktail bars globally; 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥, the acclaimed Spanish restaurant; and a high-end 𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐁𝐐 concept. 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: • Lead the bar team in delivering exceptional cocktail experiences. • Create, develop, and refine signature cocktails and seasonal menus. • Mentor bar staff and provide mixology training. • Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and hygiene. • Collaborate with management and kitchen teams for smooth bar operations. 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Proven experience as a Head Mixologist or senior bar role in a high-volume venue. • Advanced knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail creation. • Strong leadership and team-building skills. • Professional, creative, and guest-focused. • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Proven experience in a front-of-house or hosting role. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
