Finance Executive

Meliteh Recruiting is hiring a 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 to join a leading 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 company, based in 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐚.

This role forms part of the day-to-day backbone of the finance function and is ideal for an ambitious junior finance professional looking to grow within a dynamic business environment.

𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ⦁ Handle posting and general ledger maintenance. ⦁ Manage accounts receivable and support collection processes. ⦁ Process accounts payable and supplier payments. ⦁ Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. ⦁ Support month-end closing activities and reporting processes. ⦁ Assist with financial administration and day-to-day accounting operations. ⦁ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures. ⦁ Collaborate with the wider finance team to support business operations.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: ⦁ ACCA part-qualified or currently studying toward qualification. ⦁ 1–2 years of experience within an accounts or bookkeeping role. ⦁ Comfortable using accounting software and spreadsheets. ⦁ Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. ⦁ Ability to work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment. ⦁ Curious mindset with willingness to learn and develop professionally. ⦁ Good communication and teamwork skills.
