This role focuses on driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping brands maximize visibility through innovative outdoor advertising solutions.

๐Œ๐š๐ข๐ง ๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ: โฆ Prospect and qualify new client opportunities across the Maltese market. โฆ Build and manage a strong sales pipeline against quarterly targets. โฆ Present the companyโ€™s outdoor media network to brands, agencies, and media buyers. โฆ Translate client briefs into tailored advertising solutions and campaign recommendations. โฆ Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure efficient proposal turnaround and campaign delivery. โฆ Conduct cold outreach and active business development activities. โฆ Develop strong relationships with advertisers and agency-side stakeholders. โฆ Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities.

๐‘๐จ๐ฅ๐ž ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: โฆ 3+ years of experience in B2B media, advertising sales, or agency-side roles. โฆ Strong business development and prospecting capabilities. โฆ Comfortable with cold outreach and client acquisition activities. โฆ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. โฆ Numerate with the ability to understand media plans and prepare quotations. โฆ Established network within the Maltese advertising market is considered an asset. โฆ Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills. โฆ Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
