This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day execution of advertising campaigns across static and digital networks, ensuring smooth scheduling, creative delivery, and operational excellence. ๐๐๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ: โฆ Build and manage campaign schedules across multiple media networks. โฆ Coordinate creative delivery between clients, agencies, and internal teams. โฆ Brief print production teams and oversee installation timelines. โฆ Program digital playlists and campaign rotations across digital screens. โฆ Monitor campaign execution to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. โฆ Support post-campaign QA processes and reporting activities. โฆ Maintain campaign data, schedules, and operational records. โฆ Collaborate closely with commercial, production, and operations teams. ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: โฆ 2+ years of experience within media operations, ad operations, or traffic coordination. โฆ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. โฆ Comfortable using scheduling platforms and ad-tech tools. โฆ High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure. โฆ Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. โฆ Interest or exposure to programmatic advertising and DOOH is considered an asset. โฆ Good communication and teamwork abilities. โฆ Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced operational environment. ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ค๐๐ ๐: โฆ Full-time contract. โฆ Opportunity to work within one of Maltaโs leading outdoor media companies. โฆ Exposure to large-scale advertising campaigns and digital media operations. โฆ Professional growth opportunities within a dynamic industry. โฆ Collaborative and fast-paced working environment. ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ: โฆ Initial Meliteh screening. โฆ Hiring manager interview. โฆ Final interview stage.
