Assistant Maintenance Manager

The successful candidate will support the management of maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient performance of facilities, technical systems, maintenance teams, and external contractors. 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: ⦁ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance or supervisory role, preferably within hospitality ⦁ Higher Technical Diploma (HTD) or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical field. ⦁ Knowledge of HVAC and ELV systems ⦁ Electrical Licence A or B considered an asset.. ⦁ Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. ⦁ Practical, hands-on, and proactive approach. ⦁ Good understanding of health and safety and quality standards. ⦁ Legal right to live and work in Malta. 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ⦁ Coordinate daily maintenance activities and allocate tasks according to operational priorities. ⦁ Plan and manage preventive maintenance programmes. ⦁ Supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, and outsourced works. ⦁ Inspect facilities and building systems, including HVAC, heating, cooling, and ventilation. ⦁ Investigate technical issues and implement effective solutions. ⦁ Monitor maintenance activities, productivity, materials, and inventory. ⦁ Assist with budgeting, procurement, purchase orders, and invoices. ⦁ Ensure maintenance works comply with quality and health and safety standards. ⦁ Support renovations, maintenance projects, and process improvement initiatives ⦁ Assist in the training and supervision of maintenance staff. Partner Sales Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who excels at building trusted partnerships and navigating the entire sales process. 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, particularly in fintech products. Familiarity with the High-Risk industry is advantageous (Forex, Crypto and iGaming) and familiarity with PSPs and Payment Gateways. • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. • Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation and pipeline management. • Extra credits for experience with payment solutions, especially in technical environments like Payment gateways and PSPs in the acquiring space. • Fluency in 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 + one additional European language (𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧, 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐡, 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐚𝐧, or 𝐒𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐜 languages preferred); • Highly collaborative, perceptive, and adaptable team player. • Legal right to live and work in the EU.
