    Stores Supervisor for the Line Station (JED) for Air Atlanta Europe

    Airborne Personnel is looking for a Stores Supervisor on behalf of our client Air Atlanta Europe. Role Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of Stores experience in the Aviation Sector • IT literate, including the use of Word and Excel • Willingness to learn the eMRO software • Team player & strong leadership skills • Willing to learn, be focused, and have an eye for detail Main Responsibilities: • Maintain the stores facility by applying outstanding housekeeping • Ensure correct storage of all of components, parts, materials and tools in-line with EASA regulations • Issuing and returning of materials, consumables and tools with the required attention to detail • Support the inspection team with all goods in receiving, ensuring correct conditions and paperwork requirements are met, if required • Monitoring of all Part / Consumable stock levels and shelf life, escalating within the Supply Chain as required • Ongoing monitoring of the Store Operation effectiveness • To prioritise and prepare aircraft parts in preparation for maintenance • Ensure Dangerous Goods Awareness is applied at all times Benefits Package: • Competitive fee • 1 year contract • 18 days on / 2 travel days / 10 days off • 12 h/day • Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jedda • Covered travel expenses • Provided accommodation, transportation and insurance Application Process: • Airborne Personnel screening • Client screening • Face-to-face interview We welcome all applications, but please note we will only contact candidates shortlisted in the second round.

As Cabin Crew Base Supervisor, you will lead and manage a large team of cabin crew, with responsibility for providing guidance and support to team members. Responsible for driving crew engagement, managing performance, and overseeing workflow, quality and compliance, and developing and building Cabin Crew operations alignment to company culture. Role Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Cabin operations management position • Holds a Cabin Crew qualification / Cabin Crew Attestation • Experience in a customer focus role • Collaborative approach to reaching satisfactory outcomes across departments • Flexible approach to adapting to situations • Fluency in the English Language • Advanced Microsoft Products / computer Skills • Strong organizational skills to coordinate evolving situations and tasks simultaneously • Understanding Company policies and procedures • Good understanding of Diversity and the ability to excel in multicultural environments Main Responsibilities: • Demonstrate clear leadership and understanding of efficient working practices and actively promote within the working environment • Management of policies and processes contained in the Cabin Crew SEP and Policy Handbooks (ensuring compliance with Employee Handbook policies) • Coordinate the departmental relationship and interaction with Cabin Department to ensure consistency of Company approach to employee relations, and alignment to Company practices • Issue Memorandums and policy handbooks in coordination with Manager Cabin as may be relevant to the operation • Manage the departmental administrative support functions • Conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and performance management • Developing employee skills and performance through counsel and coaching • Friendly, approachable, keen to support your colleagues and the Company wherever possible.
