    A320, B737, A330, B787 B1/B2 Engineer for Challenge Technic (SID)

    CRM is looking for A320, B737, A330, B787 B1/B2 Engineers on behalf of our client Challenge Technic. Originally founded as JETMX in 2018, Challenge Technic today employs highly skilled technical staff in 5 state-of-the-art line stations, whose core focus is absolute airworthiness. 24/7 maintenance operations and a close-knit MRO network ensure that airline customers are never parted from their assets for longer than necessary.     B737 NG&MAX B1/B2 Engineer

    First2 Resource is looking for B737 NG & MAX B1/B2 Engineers on behalf of our Germany-based client. Role Requirements: • Being EASA Part-66 Licensed with categories B1, B2 or Cat A (B1+B2 preferable) • Having B737-800 Type Rating and/or experience (i.e., having 6 months worked on the aircraft in the last 2 years; additional 737MAX type rating and/or experience preferable) • Having a minimum of 5 years’ experience required on related types • Open to work flexibly, in shifts, and once required, with duty layovers at other line stations • Living (or willing to relocate) in Cologne, Nuremberg, Düsseldorf, or Hanover • Right to live and work in the EU Main Responsibilities: • To perform all aircraft line maintenance jobs according to his authorization of PART-66 License • To perform and issue all necessary maintenance records and reports (CRS, Technical Log Book, Technical Delay Reports, Daily Status) • To ensure that aircraft are maintained in accordance with up-to-date aircraft manuals and MOE • To use necessary tools and equipment for aircraft maintenance and ensure that all tools and equipment are serviceable and calibrated • To ensure that all parts are serviceable and effective • To order necessary components and consumable parts which are used for repairs, defect rectification, and scheduled maintenance checks • To join flights for troubleshooting and in-flight inspections of aircraft system failures in case of need Benefits Package: • Extendable fixed-term German contract that automatically becomes permanent after 2 years • Travel allowance when working outside Germany (e.g., India, Egypt, etc.) • 20 days’ holiday per calendar year • Rotation: 4 days on / 4 days off; 12-hour shifts (including a 2-hour break) • Base: NUE, CGN, HAJ, or DUS Application Process: • F2R screening • Client screening • Face-to-face interview We welcome all applications, but please note we will only contact candidates shortlisted in the second round.
