Meliteh Recruiting is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to join our client’s team on a full-time basis in Malta, with potential growth into a General Manager role. The ideal candidate will drive growth through effective sales and marketing strategies while leading a high-performing team. Role Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing management • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth • Fluency in both English and Maltese is essential, both written and spoken • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Legal right to live and work in the EU Main Duties: • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed • Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling marketing materials and content • Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources • Recruit, train, and develop sales and marketing team members • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports Benefits package: • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses • Opportunities for professional development and career growth • Collaborative and supportive work environment Application Process: • Meliteh Recruiting screening • Client screening • Face-to-face interview We welcome all applications, but please note we will only contact candidates shortlisted in the second round.
