Training and Service Standards Manager

Meliteh Recruiting is seeking a motivated and experienced Training and Service Standards Manager to join our well-known restaurants on a full-time basis.

This role is vital for developing and delivering training plans, monitoring service standards, and enhancing overall guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for training and leadership.

Role Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in high-end restaurants
  • Proven understanding of how training and service standards contribute to restaurant success
  • Relevant certifications in training, hospitality, or leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are an asset
  • Leadership, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of training techniques and guest service standards
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to meet grooming standards and represent the brand professionally
  • Right to live and work in the EU
Main Duties
  • Create and implement brand-specific training programs across all employee levels
  • Deliver training sessions on topics such as Guest Experience, Train the Trainer, Health & Safety, and Leadership
  • Manage the induction process and provide ongoing training support
  • Evaluate training outcomes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with objectives
  • Interpret mystery diner and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
  • Conduct observations to support department managers with coaching and retraining
  • Produce and execute annual training plans tailored to business needs
  • Promote learning initiatives through innovative communication methods
  • Manage training administration, including booking courses, tracking attendance, and issuing certifications
  • Work closely with HR on recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Assist managers in achieving operational goals through training
  • Compile and manage the training budget
  • Ensure cost-effective solutions for training delivery
  • Monitor trends in Talent, Learning & Development to recommend innovative strategies
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and operational efficiency
