We are hiring a ๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ซ to join an airline operating in the air cargo sector, based in ๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐. This role supports the Safety Manager in maintaining and continuously improving the Safety Management System (SMS) in accordance with EASA Air OPS regulations. The position plays a key role in hazard identification, flight safety trend monitoring, and the promotion of a strong safety culture across all operational areas. ๐๐๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ: โฆ Support the Safety Manager in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SMS. โฆ Assist with Flight Data Monitoring analysis to identify safety trends and operational exceedances. โฆ Support occurrence reporting, investigations, and root-cause analysis, ensuring closure of corrective actions. โฆ Contribute to Management of Change (MoC) processes affecting flight safety. โฆ Develop and maintain safety risk assessments in line with EASA and IOSA standards. โฆ Assist in defining Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and monitoring alert levels. โฆ Coordinate with Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Maintenance & Engineering, and CAMO on risk controls. โฆ Prepare safety reports, briefings, and trend analyses for management and operational teams. โฆ Participate in Safety Review Board (SRB) and Safety Action Group (SAG) meetings. โฆ Support safety promotion and training initiatives to strengthen the organizationโs safety culture. ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: โฆ Academic background in Aviation Safety, Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or equivalent operational experience as Flight Crew or Safety Specialist. โฆ Strong knowledge of the EASA regulatory framework, including Regulations (EU) No. 965/2012 and 1321/2014 and related AMC/GM. โฆ Proven experience or formal training in Safety Management Systems (SMS). โฆ Familiarity with Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) systems and safety reporting tools (e.g. ERGOSS Sara or equivalent). โฆ Strong analytical, problem solving, and report writing skills. โฆ Proficiency in MS Office and safety management applications. โฆ Excellent command of English. โฆ Legal right to live and work in EU. ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ค๐๐ ๐: โฆ Full Time Contract โฆ Salary range: up to 45K โฆ Exposure to international air cargo airline operations. โฆ Professional development in aviation safety and regulatory compliance. โฆ Collaborative, safety-driven working environment. ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ: โฆ Initial Meliteh screening. โฆ Senior management interview. โฆ Final interview stage.
